1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. For international shipping requests, please contact us at tidy.nest@outlook.com to check feasibility and obtain a custom shipping quote.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services (J&T, DHL, PosLaju, and others) to deliver your orders safely. Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take longer depending on the courier’s coverage.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders above RM300 within Peninsular Malaysia unless stated otherwise during special campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s status online. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the courier.


6. Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, or if the recipient is unavailable for delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.
  • If the customer opts for a refund instead of reshipment, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Parcels:

  • If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at tidy.nest@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery with your order and tracking number, along with photos (if applicable) to assist with claims.
  • We will work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Split Shipments

In cases where your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment where applicable.


8. Customs and Duties

For international shipments (if arranged), customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
